These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Congress Pings, a subscription alert service operated by The Greenway Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using Congress Pings, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Congress Pings monitors publicly available trade disclosure filings submitted by members of the United States Congress pursuant to the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012 (the "STOCK Act"). When a new filing is detected, we deliver a structured alert to your registered email address or Telegram channel. Discord integration is planned for a future release.
All data delivered by Congress Pings is sourced from public records hosted on official U.S. government websites, including disclosures-clerk.house.gov. We do not have access to, and do not distribute, any non-public, material, or insider information.
The service currently tracks hundreds of Members of Congress who file disclosures pursuant to the STOCK Act. Coverage may vary and is subject to change at our discretion. We do not guarantee coverage of any specific member at any time.
Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon sign-up. A valid payment method is required at the time of registration. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, no charge will be made to your payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
Monthly Plan. The monthly subscription is priced at $19.00 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each calendar month on the date your trial ended until cancelled.
Annual Plan. The annual subscription is priced at $182.00 USD per year (equivalent to approximately $15.17 per month). Your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of the date your trial ended until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency corresponding to your selected plan. The Greenway Group does not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your active plan, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation during free trial. If you cancel your subscription before the 7-day free trial ends, you will not be charged. Your access to the service will end immediately upon cancellation during the trial period.
Cancellation after trial converts to paid. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable).
All paid sales are final. Congress Pings does not offer refunds on paid billing periods under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, missed alerts, platform outages, changes to the congressional members tracked, or changes to STOCK Act disclosure requirements. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time on an annual plan.

The alerts delivered by Congress Pings are informational only. Congressional trade disclosures are historical records — a filing may describe a transaction that occurred up to 45 days prior to disclosure. Past performance of any tracked individual does not guarantee future results.
Any investment or trading decisions you make based on information received through Congress Pings are made solely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. The Greenway Group accepts no liability for any financial loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of this service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service operation. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Congress Pings may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Alert delivery depends on third-party platforms including email service providers and Telegram. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by those platforms. Discord integration is not yet available at launch and will be noted in these Terms when added.
Congressional disclosure filings are made available by government agencies over which we have no control. We are not responsible for delays, omissions, or errors in the underlying public data.
No service-level agreement is implied or guaranteed. Service outages or missed alerts do not entitle you to any credit or refund.
All content, design, code, branding, and formatting of Congress Pings — including the website, alert templates, and presentation of data — is the property of The Greenway Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The underlying congressional disclosure data is public information sourced from U.S. government records and is not owned by The Greenway Group.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to receive and use alert content for your own personal purposes only. No other rights are granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Greenway Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising out of or in connection with your use of Congress Pings.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the service exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to discontinue the Congress Pings service entirely at any time. In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide at least 14 days advance notice and will not charge you beyond your current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of Congress Pings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
